2026 Yoga in the Park

Join Paducah Parks & Recreation in Noble Park for a free yoga series with instructor Sierra Irwin. Participants must be at least 14 years of age. Bring your own yoga mat. There is no pre-registration required. Register on site at the classes at Shelter 3 in Noble Park. Shelter 3 on is on the east side of Lake Montgomery between the pickleball courts and the Boundless playground.

2026 BBQ on the River

BBQ on the River, held each fall in Paducah, is celebrating its 32nd year in September. The event will be September 24 through 26 in downtown Paducah next to Paducah's riverfront. The event that brings thousands of people to Paducah celebrates the famous barbecue of Western Kentucky while also raising money for local charities.

The event is organized by Paducah Main Street.

2026 BBQ on the River 5K and 1 Mile Run

The BBQ on the River Big Bad Wolf 5K and 1 Mile Lil' Piggy Run will be Saturday, September 26, 2026. The 5K is at 8 a.m. with the one mile youth run at 9:15 a.m. Please watch for runners. The 5K begins and ends at 555 Jefferson Street. It uses Jefferson Street, 19th Street, Harrison, 14th Street, Madison, and 5th Street.
