About the Noble Park 100th Anniversary Celebration
Bob Noble Park is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026. The Noble Park 100 initiative focuses on recognizing the park’s history, celebrating the memories created there, and inspiring continued improvements and care for the future.
Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
2025 Tree Lighting Ceremony
UPDATE (November 18, 2025) - Due to the threat of storms this afternoon and evening and for the safety of the public and participants, the Downtown Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is cancelled. The Christmas Tree lights will illuminate tonight and throughout the holiday season; however, the official ceremony is cancelled.
Tree Voucher Program
Tree Voucher Program Summary
The City of Paducah is providing financial incentives to property owners to plant shade trees on single-family residential property. The Tree Voucher Program will help replenish Paducah’s tree canopy, educate the public about the benefits of planting trees, and remove barriers that may exist for residents interested in planting trees on their private property.
Tiny Tot Father's Day Celebration
About the Celebration
Children 5 years old and younger are invited to celebrate Father's Day at the Paducah Recreation Center located at 1527 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The Father's Day Celebration will include a craft, photo station, and games.
A parent/guardian is required to remain with their child during the celebration. Cost is $5 per child.
Arbor Day Celebration
About the 2026 Arbor Day Celebration
Come out to the Noble Park Amphitheatre on Friday, April 24, 2026, for the Arbor Day Celebration sponsored by Banterra Bank. From 5 until 7 p.m. enjoy a tree identification nature walk, arts & crafts, coloring contest, educational activities, and more. Attendees will also be able to help with a tree planting in Noble Park.
This event is free and open to all ages. Parking is available in the Noble Park Pool parking lot which is a short walk from the Noble Park Amphitheatre.
Tiny Tot Mother's Day Celebration
About the Celebration
Children 5 years old and younger are invited to celebrate Mother's Day at the Paducah Recreation Center located at 1527 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The Mother's Day Celebration Tea Party will include a craft, photo station, and games.
A parent/guardian is required to remain with their child during the celebration. Cost is $5 per child.
Tiny Tot Christmas Celebration
Children 5 years old and younger are invited to a Christmas Celebration at the Paducah Recreation Center located at 1527 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Join Paducah Parks & Recreation for a craft, games, activities, and playtime.
A parent/guardian is required to remain with their child during the celebration. Cost is $5 per child (tax included).
Tiny Tot Thanksgiving Celebration
About the Celebration
The Tiny Tot Thanksgiving Celebration will be Friday, November 21, 2025, from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. at the Paducah Recreation Center located at 1527 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. This event is for children 5 years old and younger (and their parent/guardian). The cost is $5 per child (tax included). There will be arts and crafts, games, story-time, and more.
Noble Park Summer Music Series
The Parks & Recreation Department holds a summer music series at Noble Park with live music at the Noble Park Amphitheatre on Fridays beginning at 5:30 p.m. Each event is approximately two hours long. Some evenings will have one performer for the two-hour block while other evenings will feature two performers.
Parking is available by Shelter #9 (across roadway from amphitheatre) and the Noble Park Pool. Sit on the steps of the amphitheatre or bring a blanket or lawn chairs.
