The Paducah Fire Prevention Division is hosting the 14th Annual Combined Conference for Fire Service, Electrical, and Building Professionals. Classes and networking opportunities will be offered Thursday, October 15 through Friday, October 16. The Diamond level sponsors for this year’s event are F.E. Moran and First-Line Fire Extinguisher Co.
The FREE conference is open to anyone in the electrical, plumbing, building, construction, design, or firefighting professions. The conference will be held at the Paducah-McCracken County Convention & Expo Center. Participation in the classes may provide attendees with continuing education credits approved by the State of Kentucky. Attendees also are invited to attend a hospitality event Thursday evening, October 15, sponsored by Keuler, Kelly, Hutchins, Blankenship & Sigler, LLP (KKHB).
“This conference has become one of the City of Paducah’s largest educational events, drawing more than 300 fire and building professionals each year,” said Deputy Chief of Fire Prevention Greg Cherry. “Our Fire Prevention Division invites knowledgeable and engaging instructors who are experts in their fields, including professionals with firsthand experience developing the codes that guide fire service and construction. We’re proud to provide this valuable training and networking opportunity and encourage fire and building professionals to attend.”
